Schools in Medford Wisconsin are out all week due to a flu outbreak, of which 14 cases are confirmed H1N1 strains. The school district hopes a week off will keep the flu, seasonal and otherwise, from spreading further.
A few bible verses thrown in for...well 'measure', not sure if it's good or bad. You tell me. Only Americans should stand up to liberal fools, so if you live in Canada you shouldn't read this ...or something, I don't know it's late.
They certainly dismantle my paycheck..oh wait. Tyranny in Wisconsin...and the Land of Oz. Always knew those munchkins were up to no good! What do you expect when their diet consists of mainly lollipops?

Wisconsinites have a saying; 'Don't like the weather? Wait five minutes'. Today temperatures in the dairy state hit the mid to low nineties with heat indexes at or near one hundred degree's.

I have spent a ridiculous amount of money on gaming products over the years. I take pride in being a gamer though and I understand that as an industry a game publishers primary motivation is profit. If only Wizards of the Coast could be a little less obvious about it.

Whether you've been watching since the original mini-series or just tuned in last week you've heard of the scrolls of Pythia (It's the book that Roslin burnt in the last episode). The Pythian Prophecy has been a central theme on Battlestar Galactica since the first season.

This is my first movie review here on the vine or anywhere else for that matter. The focus of 'VHS Obscura' is rather narrow. I'm only going to review relatively obscure movies, many of them direct to video releases. My range falls mostly in the late 80's to mid 90's.

I love vampires. The restless dead, lurking in the shadows, waiting to prey on hapless humans. It's visceral and macabre. Damn sexy too. Vampires on television churn my blood. Programs about bloodsuckers fall into two categories; awesome and awful.

First off I'd like to say that I was never crazy for Warhammer 40k. My roommates read some of the novels and really dug the material. I mean some of those books are chalk full of bad craziness. Well so is the setting.
