An in depth look at a 25 year study of children raised by lesbians. The conclusion? Kids raised by lesbians have fewer behavioral problems and were psychologically well adjusted. In addition the study suggests that this is in some part due to the fact that all of the children were expected and on average raised by older parents with stable lifestyles.

I was raised by my mother, now I wonder what it would have been like to have two. In any case though I'd say parental stability is the bigger factor in raising mentally sound offspring, regardless of the sexual orientation of the parents. But it is an interesting thing to ponder.
